Welcome to Day 6 of “Mindset for Manifesting” Series.
Today our topic is manifesting health and wellness.
Go back to that list you made on day 3 and look at what your score was on health/fitness. If your score is high, keep doing what you’re doing! Great job and share your secrets with us on my blog!
If your score is lower than you want it to be then take a look at what you find yourself saying and thinking about your weight, body and health.
Look for something that you can say that is positive about yourself.
Example: If you find yourself saying, “I feel so fat.” Change it to: “My hair is looking really good today.” “Wow, my eyes look so rested today.” “I really look good in green.”
Whatever it is that you can find to distract you from feeling the negative feelings about yourself will be a great start. The idea is to get your focus on positive things and then the Law of Attraction will help you with the rest of what you want to manifest.
If you are living in chronic pain, you may think it’s impossible to feel good. That pain is with you all the time and it’s a constant reminder that you feel yucky.
It will take practice, but it is possible, even if it is little by little, to feel better.
What you’ll want to do is try to get your mind off of your pain for a small amount of time each day, and as you get used to doing that, increase the time that you can distract yourself from your pain.
Perhaps your back is always in pain. Find the most comfortable position you can get into then think of a body part that feels good. It may only be your pinky, but I bet you could find something. Put all of your attention on how good that body part feels. Appreciate that feeling. Over dramatize how great it feels.
And each day you can stay with that good feeling longer and longer. Soon you may notice other parts of your body that feel good.
What we’re going for here is the idea that energy follows thoughts (as we learned in earlier this week). So the more you put thoughts and attention on what feels good, the more energy will go there, and then the more the Law of Attraction will help you out and bring you more of that. You are not alone in this. The Law of Attraction will help you…among other things!
