As a Massage Therapist I have a very hot commodity for trade.  Today I traded for Massage, last week I got accupuncture and the week before, hypnosis.

Have you ever tried hypnosis?  I love it, since it’s all about relaxation and positive suggestions… at least that’s how I use it.

You may be thinking of a bunch of people on a stage where they go into a sleep-walk type state and are told to start stripping.

Well, that’s not the kind I’m talking about here.  I’m talking about Law of Attraction Hypnosis.  The ability to get into a state of relaxation and have a calm mind where you are then able to attract into your life what you want.

Usually in a Law of Attraction hypnosis session the hypnotist will ask you what you’re wanting to attract into your life.  Then once he or she talks you into a deep relaxation state, they will offer suggestions for what you are wanting to attract.

My hypnotist makes a cd of the session so I get to listen to it over and over.  Since I travel a lot, I love to go into my law of attraction hypnosis state on the airplane.  The only problem with that is that I often miss the peanuts and water if I’m already under!

Here’s a one minute video of the busy-ness and beauty of nature, to hopefully get you in a zone.  You deserve a break from all this work!  Enjoy!

Great post Sue! Your video makes me want to get out to my place in the country and sit under a shady tree by the creek and watch wildlife all afternoon while contemplating the search for truth and beauty. I have access to 540 acres 12 miles this side of Lampasas … lots of deer, wild turkey, huge pecan groves, big creeks … I'm yearning to get out there just talking abut it.

Nope Sue, can't say I've gone there, but now, thanks to you, I have been exposed to an alternative and I am always open.

    Thanks for sharing.
