Yippie! Day 10 of the Master Cleanse is here and I actually feel great.
So, would I do this Master Cleanse again? Hmmm, I think my body is pretty healthy to begin with, so I don’t think I need such an extreme cleanse again. I’d rather do a cleanse where I can eat yummy veggies and fruit and have some protein shakes. The Standard Process 21 day cleanse is my preference for that.

As I’m writing this I’m on Day 8 of this Master Cleanse. I actually feel quite spiffy, even though all I’ve been consuming for the last 8 days is the lemonade drink, salt water and herbal tea.
How can this be?

Just a quick update on day 2 of my Master Cleanse.
Today I felt a bit lower in my energy and noticed some emotions like sadness coming up.
This was interesting because often times when I’m feeling an emotion that is a bit uncomfortable I’ll reach for that comfort food. But with this cleanse that’s not an option, so it’s a great way for me to have to actually sit with the emotion.

Springtime is a great time to clean things out. This includes our insides… so, this year I’ve decided to do the Master Cleanse.
This 10 day cleanse will detoxify the body’s tissues, break down old wastes to be eliminated, and clean the receptor sites of cells. Oftentimes when we eat processed foods, meats and acid forming foods we create a breeding ground for dis-ease causing wastes that love to hang out in our colon.
