Last night my friend Michele and I had our first Law of Attraction Intensive Class.
We’re holding this 9 week course here in Portland, Maine. It is for people who are new to the LOA who want to delve deep into the subject and get lots of Law of Attraction tools for their toolbox.
So, I figured I’d sprinkle

With the New Year upon us many of us are making our resolutions and intentions.
“I want to lose 10 pounds.”
“I want to find my soul mate.”
“I want to make lots of money this year.”
Since the universe is so precise on what it gives back to us, when we say, “I want…”, it will give us just that…a continued state of wanting.
You see, wanting communicates to you and the universe that you do not have something. It says that you are in a state of not having it but wishing you did. It’s a perpetual

My 9 year old nephew, Jacob, has been saving his money for months to get a Wii. What he doesn’t know is that Santa is going to deliver one to his house Thursday night while visions of sugar-plums are dancing in his head.
The Santa story reminds me of the Law of Cause and Effect.
Let’s look at it this way. Jacob has been visualizing having this Wii. He plays it at his friend’s house and he imagines having it in his home as well. He has been focusing his time and effort into getting a means to

Every morning while I’m sitting on the rocks by the ocean savoring and meditating I hear a couple walking along picking up all of the empties from the night before.
This morning I heard the woman saying, “A Jack Daniels…FIFTEEN cents!” with such enthusiasm. I haven’t heard anyone get so excited over 15 cents since payphones disappeared.
We got to talking and she explained that a couple years ago during their morning walk they were a bit disgusted by all of the trash and party remnants on this beautiful path along the ocean.
So, they decided they would start taking trash

When was the last time you thought outside the box?
Lately I’ve been wanting to start a blog entitled “Living Outside The Box”… The whole idea of creating a life outside the box is so exciting.
That’s what most of us do in network marketing and home based businesses. We work outside the box. Our schedule is outside the box. Even our thoughts are usually outside it. But how outside?
Let’s look at this concept a bit deeper.
Office-ing Outside The Box:
Right now I’m sitting on rocks by the ocean typing this blog post on my iPhone… There’s a WordPress

Do you ever get bogged down with so many choices…so you don’t make any? Do you ever let fear stop you from choosing something? It can be almost paralyzing sometimes. Abraham Hicks says that there is no such thing as “wrong choices”. They say if you make a choice and it feels “wrong”, then you can always right it by making a new choice.
As I was watching surfers this morning choose which waves to ride and which ones to let pass by, it reminded me of this whole notion of choosing.
With online and social

I’m moving my stuff from North Carolina to Portland, Maine this week. And I wanted to share some reflections I’ve had during this process of my personal value development…
#1. Transitions
A wise friend said that we often get our transitions, or more specifically, our beginnings and endings, mixed up.
Often when something happens, like a move, a break up, a job loss, we think that we are ending something.
But what if we looked at it as actually a beginning? Think of the possibilities. Think of all of the personal value development you could create when you realize you don’t have to
