Yippie!  Day 10 of the Master Cleanse is here and I actually feel great.

So, would I do this Master Cleanse again?  Hmmm, I think my body is pretty healthy to begin with, so I don’t think I need such an extreme cleanse again.  I’d rather do a cleanse where I can eat yummy veggies and fruit and have some protein shakes.  The Standard Process 21 day cleanse is my preference for that.

But I must say it was a great experience and I know that my body worked really efficiently to clean out and refresh itself.  It is also a great feeling of accomplishment knowing that I was able to easily stick to something for 10 days.

Meditation was really easy for me during this Master Cleanse and it was a nice time set aside for me to be more still and slow down.

How do you ease back into eating?

Well, you don’t want to go out and have a huge meal, since your body is not used to digesting things.  If you are doing this imagine that you have spent so long being kind to your body by allowing it to cleanse itself, so continue to be kind to it and ease back into a healthy diet.

Day 1 after the Master Cleanse they suggest you drink orange juice.  You could also have pineapple, mango and papaya.

Day 2 have OJ again in the morning and have vegetable broth, and in the evening have a raw veggie salad.

Day 3 and beyond be good to you and choose foods that treat you well, but most importantly be happy when you eat.  Love your food and your food will love you!

    Well i wanted to do it right..So i started building off my food in thre 3 days and do the master cleanse for 4 days.I cant do it longer..but after what shall i do?how to build it up I read somewhere that i should start with orange juice for tha fisrt day.

    This diet is not for the fain hearted so you should really think about it before you try it. If you really want to try it then you had better research all you can about it before you do it.

    he master cleanse is a scam. It forces you to starve yourself for weeks at a time, and you don't lose more fat on it than you would on a real, healthy diet. Don't waste your time, money and health on this gimmick.

    I am planning on starting the Master Cleanse Diet, aka Lemonade Diet. I don't currently exercise, because I don't have the energy or motivation, would this effect the weight loss from the Master Cleanse Diet? Also, would it give me the motivation/energy to exercise.

    Im using this to do what MC says. It is really a cleanser people. Im ready to do this- but could you tell me where to begin? Ive got the whole kit, but the instructions are not clear on what exactly to start with, the tea, the lemonade, what? Thank you for your time.

    Yes, you will lose weight but it is primarly to help you get rid of toxins your body accumulates from all the junk we eat. It is a mixture of lemons, maple syrup and cayenne pepper.

    The first day was so painful. I got such a bad headache and my breath got icky because I wasn't eating anything (did you know eating can actually help your breath to an extent?). I've read of other people complaining about the headaches and what not from doing that cleanse.

    When you do the master cleanse and loose weight do you loose belly fat or fat off the body i have heard it is just water weight but that is from people who have not done it….

    You well lose a lot of weight and inches and you well have a lot more energy. Is hard the first few days. SO i recommend you get the book. Check these sites below. It took me a few times before i finally finish the cleanse..

    How is the diet going? You should change to Maple Syrup B, it contains more energy for your body. With grade A you probably feel more weak. It is not bad, but it makes it more difficult for you if you use grade A.

    I have tried this diet for 10 days, and although I cheated once with a small slice of pizza I still managed to lose 18lbs at the end of it.
